Professional Demolition Services by DUMPEX

An old shed, failing deck or interior that needs to be gutted can hold up everything you want to do next. DUMPEX provides demolition and debris removal for residential and small commercial projects across Central Florida.

We handle the demolition work using equipment suited to the job, including mini excavators and skid steers when site conditions allow. We also bring our own dumpsters for the debris. That means the teardown, load-out and haul-away can be planned together instead of leaving you to coordinate a demolition crew and a separate dumpster company.

Tell us what needs to come down and where it’s located. We’ll review the structure, access, utilities and debris before providing a project-specific estimate.

Demolition and Removal Services

01

Shed Demolition

We dismantle and remove old storage sheds and other small outbuildings, including structures that are damaged, deteriorating or in the way of a new project. The estimate will account for the shed’s size, construction materials, foundation or flooring, access and debris removal.

02

Deck and Fence Removal

Replacing a worn-out deck or clearing an old fence line? DUMPEX can tear down the existing structure and haul away the resulting debris. Let us know whether posts, footings, stairs or attached features also need to be removed so they can be included in the scope.

03

Interior Demolition

We provide interior tear-outs for remodeling and property-improvement projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinets, drywall and other specified materials. We’ll review the work area and identify what stays, what comes out and how debris will be moved off the property. Any structural work requires its own assessment before it is included in the job.

04

Hot Tub Removal

Removing an old hot tub often involves more than lifting it onto a trailer. We can dismantle and remove the unit when needed, then clear the debris. The tub should be drained, and any electrical or plumbing disconnections must be addressed before demolition begins.

05

RV, Camper and Mobile Home Demolition

We evaluate RVs, campers and mobile homes for dismantling and removal on a case-by-case basis. These projects require a closer look at ownership documentation, access, contents, fluids, appliances and the appropriate disposal plan. Send us photos and the approximate dimensions to start the quote.

06

Small-Structure Demolition

DUMPEX also takes on qualifying small detached structures beyond standard sheds. The method and price depend on the structure’s size, construction, foundation, proximity to other buildings and whether machinery can safely reach it. We’ll review permit and utility requirements as part of defining the job.

One Plan for the Demolition and the Debris

Demolition isn’t finished when the structure is on the ground. The material still has to be loaded, contained and hauled away.

Because DUMPEX operates its own dumpsters, we can plan container placement and debris removal as part of the demolition project. That matters on tight residential properties, where access for equipment, debris and the customer’s vehicles all need to be considered before work begins.

Our estimate will define the demolition scope, what debris removal includes and any conditions that need to be addressed before the crew starts.

How a Demolition Project Works

Show Us What Needs to Go

Send the property address, photos and a brief description of the structure or interior area. Include approximate dimensions including square footage and note anything attached to a home, garage, fence or utility.

We Review the Site and Scope

We look at access, nearby structures, utilities, construction materials and the expected volume of debris. Some projects require an on-site visit before they can be priced accurately.

Confirm the Work

Before scheduling, we’ll establish what is being removed, what remains, how debris will leave the site and which permits or disconnections are needed for the agreed scope.

Demolition and Haul-Away

We complete the agreed demolition, load out the resulting debris and remove it using the appropriate containers and equipment. You’re left with the site in the condition defined in your estimate—not a pile of material to deal with afterward.

Demolition Service FAQ

  • What kinds of demolition projects does DUMPEX take on?

We handle sheds, decks, fences, specified interior tear-outs, hot tubs and qualifying small detached structures. RVs, campers and mobile homes are evaluated individually. Send photos and an address so we can confirm whether the project fits our equipment and service scope.

  • Do you remove the demolition debris?

Yes. Debris removal is planned as part of the demolition quote. We operate our own dumpsters, so the container needs and haul-away can be accounted for before work starts.

  • Do I need a permit to demolish a shed or small structure?

Possibly. Requirements depend on the structure, its location and the applicable city or county. Utility disconnections and other approvals may also be necessary. Permit responsibility and any pre-work requirements should be settled before the demolition is scheduled.

  • Can you demolish part of a home during a remodel?

We can quote specified interior demolition, such as removing cabinets, flooring, drywall and other materials identified in the scope. Structural elements, utilities and work affecting the building’s systems need a separate assessment before removal.

  • How much does demolition cost?

There isn’t a useful flat price for “a shed” or “a deck.” Size, materials, foundation, equipment access, labor, permit requirements and disposal volume all affect the cost. Photos help us start the conversation; some jobs need a site visit for an accurate estimate.

  • Can you tear down an RV or camper?

Potentially. RV and camper demolition is quoted case by case because contents, fluids, appliances, documentation and disposal requirements vary considerably. Send the make or approximate size, photos, location and ownership details for review.

  • When is payment due for the demolition service?

We require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling for the demolition job with the remainder paid the day of completion. We do not bill in arrears.
